Hoffman, Vance & Worthington, Inc. (HVW) was formed in 1956 to meet Ventura’s need for agricultural management, appraisal, and consulting services. As its clients’ needs grew in relation to the community it served, HVW expanded its core competencies and areas of expertise to position itself as a one-stop shop for all real property needs. While HVW has evolved over its 60+ years of continuous service, the culture of excellence and integrity, first established by founders Walter W. Hoffman, Oather C. Vance, and William E. Worthington, is still carefully maintained by today’s team of licensed and dedicated professionals. As a result of this commitment to quality and customer service, HVW has been honored with multigenerational client relationships and the privilege of contributing to our community’s growth and development, as well as the preservation of its history and legacies.
